When is my vehicle tax due?

You can check when your vehicle road tax is due by visiting the check car tax service and entering your vehicle registration.

You'll be able to see the current road tax expiry date or if the vehicle has been declared SORN. The vehicle tax expiry date is shown under the 'Tax & MOT' section.

Please note: It may take up to 5 days for the tax renewal date to be updated after you tax your vehicle.
