Why can't I find my vehicle?

If you're getting an error 'Vehicle Not Found' when trying to search for your vehicle, try the steps below:

Has the vehicle registration been entered correctly and in the correct format?

Common reasons for seeing a vehicle not found message include, enter a letter O in place of a number 0 or vice versa. Other common mistake is entering a letter I in place of a number 1.

Newly registered vehicle?

If the vehicle has only recently been registered, it can take around two weeks for the new details to appear. If you're still having problems after this time, please contact us.

Recently had a plate change?
