I've just taken my car for an MOT. Why has the MOT date still not updated?

When you MOT a vehicle, it may take up to 5 days before the DVLA database is updated. During this time your vehicle may show as having not MOT.

If it's been longer than 5 days, submit a new support request and we'll look into this as soon as possible.

Once the new information is available, you can use our MOT history service to view the latest information from the DVSA.
